We are looking candidate to join our internal Orienta Polska  team in Warsaw:

Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities:

•  Establishing and building partnership relations with clients,
•  Preparing and negotiating terms of cooperation,
•  Acquiring recruitment projects on the Polish market,
• Identifying and analyzing market needs.
• Close cooperation with the recruitment delivery department
• Building relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Creating a "pipeline" for future projects.

Our expectations:

• Min. 2 years of experience in independent sales of B2B services (preferably in the area of ​​services related to the labor market),
• Daily systematic work with CRM, segmentation clients
• English level B2 (communication with supervisor and clients)
• Driving license B
• Interest in new technologies and personal development,
• Open mind and independence,
• Proactive attitiude
• A large amount of positive energy, openness and relational attitude,
