Currently for our client from oil&gas company, we are looking for:

Process Engineer

City: Poznań

Job Description:

• Development of typical documentation of project engineering phases (Basic Design, FEED and Detail Design): 
• Process schemes such as PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs; 
• Heat and Material Balances; 
• Lists of equipment, lines, fluids, instruments, etc.; 
• Issue of process and safety data sheets (Process Data Sheets) for both equipment and instrumentation; 
• Calculation report of process system and utilities; 
• Cause/Effect matrices, logic diagrams, process narratives and operational philosophies; 
• Hydraulic sizing of the lines and main process equipment; 
• Process simulations, using specific software; 
• Verification and/or calculation of flare, vent and blowdown systems; 
• Participation in HAZID (Hazards identification) and HAZOP (Hazard & Operability Analysis) sessions. 

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (preferred). 
• Polish native speaker and Conversant in business English. 
• Work experience: 4-5 years gained in engineering Companies in the process area.  
• Knowledge of International Design Company workflow & Engineering International Codes and Standards. 
• Experience in process design & engineering, mastery of process engineering calculations, process simulation packages (such as HYSYS, ProII). 
• Experience in thermodynamic calculations, design, rating, and simulation of heat exchangers, also by dedicated software (HTRI, Aspen EDR).
